As Chief Strategy & Connection Officer in Brazil, Sumara leads a multidisciplinary team that executes end-to-end strategies across areas: branding & advertising, social media & content, digital influencers, CX & UX, data science e comms planning. She is one of the most experienced Brazilian professionals in planning and management structures of Social Media Engagement Centres: a social data driven people squad built to gather insights, develop 1:1 and 1:many meaningful conversations and create content in real time.
Sumara has more than 20 years of experience and she has worked at large agencies and communication groups, such as Y&R, Grey, Ogilvy Group, Lew’Lara\TBWA and DPZ (current DPZ&T Publicis). Sumara has also been a principal at the Disruption and Media Arts University for Latin America and has been a member of the Bootcamp faculty at the Miami Ad School since 2007.
